when it comes to me modding my car, its a slow process but whos isnt...i jsut dont have the funds to go crazy wit it yet, but i was able to get my hands on a set of 241 castin heads off another 02 z, i dont really wanna put a cam in it now, but i have stock trans still, stock motor, can i have this other set of heads i have sent out to get some ehadwork, and then just put new valvetrain parts in it also..or just upgrade those now...what would u do...will i see any decent gains.....

probably not worth the effort to swap the heads without a cam. Wait till you can afford both otherwise youll be disappointed with just the heads, and then youll have to repeat much of the same work to get the cam in there.

deadlift

ported heads with a stock cam will help but to maximize gains a bigger cam would be neccessary

I would wait to get a cam and also put some LS6 heads on at least. But that's just my opinion of course.
