Default Help putting back stock rocker arms

i've finished replacing all my valve seals (car was smoking bad under hard acceleration, and literally eating oil like never before), found all but 5 valve seals were sitting underneath the retainer), and since i was already there, i decided to get new PRC dual springs and new retainers.

now i need to put back the rocker arms, and i was wonder if there is anything special with this install.

i've found the LS1Howto just mention the following:

"Insert all 16 pushrods, place the rocker pedestal back on the head, apply LoctiteŽ to all the rocker bolts and reinstall all the rockers. Torque the rockers to 22lb/ft, rotate the crankshaft 180 degrees and double check the torque on all the rocker arm bolts",

but then i've also been told to follow this procedure, i don't understand the tightening procedure and i was wonder if somebody can help me with this

Thanks

all you have to do is torque them to 22 ftlbs and rotate the engine then do another pass to check that all of the bolts are at 22 ftlbs. its very simple. there is nothing trick about it man. good luck.
