Default Trick Flow or ET heads for 408? (search isn't working)

Sorry guys, I tried using the search to answer my questions but it's not working. If there are already threads on this subject could you please give me the links?

I've got a 408 iron block with stage 3 LQ9 heads and would like to upgrade. Just seeing what's been the better head; I've heard both work very well and I'm looking for opinions. Thanks guys

another option to consider would be the et ls7 4.0" heads. both the tfs 225/235 and et 225/245 should put you around the 550 rw mark through an m6 with the right camshaft and scr/dcr.

TFS 235 made 608rwhp with 440CI THese heads are awesome.
Check Dyno section for VENGENCE Numbers.

If it was me I'd go with TFS 225 or AFR 225 These heads proves them self over and over.
The ET Heads are awesome too but havent seen alot of 408ci numbers these heads work very well for solid roller 8sec turbo car or something like that.

i agree with slow trap,
i`d go with ETP heads... they really woth it, my friend`s 383ci camaro made 460 RWHP before installing the ETP heads and almost 500RWHP after the ETP install
numbers prove itself, ETP is the way to go
Good luck

if i was to change my setup since i have the fast 90 it would be hard to get away from either a tfs of afr head but i would really like to see what i could get with the et ls7 4.0" head with an ls7 intake but for now i'll stick with what i have and not throw away any more funds.
