Default crank pulley is wobbeling! help/.....

i didnt know where to post this cause it may deal with internal parts.... i started my car and it was sqealing a little bit, i popped the hood and and the belt was half off the pulleys. i put it back on and started the car again, i looked down and noticed the crank pulley was wobbeling about a 1/4 inch back and forth. the car has 83,xxx on it, of course its been beat on only motor mods are headers. What do you guys think could be wrong with it?!

Not sure on the f-body, but on a Vette if you let the balancer fail (like yours is doing) it will take out the power steering rack. I would change ASAP and not drive the car until then. No telling when complete failure will occur.

Balancer bolt tight???? I've seen several bolts/balancers come loose & start backing off.
