Default So I've narrowed it down to these two cams....

The GM hotcam, or the old man cam.
I know they are both small cams by most standards, but I like the overall driveability of the two.
I like the cost of the hot cam, and especially the fact that the LS-6 springs will last forever.
But the old man cam offers a stock like idle plus mybe little more grunt.
I may go with the latter if, say, I don't have to swap valve springs every 15000 miles.
What do you guys say?
Btw, I am only interested in the above named cams.
Thanks for any advise.

Wow, those are so different, it is hard to understand how they are the choice. I'd vote for OMC, but it is hard to figure out your true selection criteria. Also any cam can be ground on other lobe choices...
