Default Do I need cam?, heads? Where to go next? newbie w/ some questions.

I am trying to figure out where to go next with my 98 Z28. I am trying to get in the low 11'sthis is what I have and i'm hoping someone can shead some light on what would be the best bang for my buck to get there. Nitrous??? Cam???

what I have

LS6 Crate. LS6 block, 243 heads,LS6 Intake
lid
hooker ceramic coated LTs and ORY, Flowmaster cat-back
4L60 with transgo shift kit. Vigilante 3200 stall
3.73s
MT ET Streets

Before the LTS and ORY I ran a best of 12.62 @ 106 1.7 60

I want to get whatever I need to get before I go in and get the car tuned

Shift points
1-2 6000 rpm
2-3 6400 rpm

let me know what you guys are thinking.

Your cheapest option would be nitrous, 100+ hp at the touch of a button, and no affects on the day to day drivability (if that concerns you at all)
