Default Pulling head

So it looks like I need to pull a head(drivers side) due to a pen magnet breaking off in the lifter bore. So i guess I need new bolts/gaskets? I can't reuse the bolts? Should I pull both heads, or just the side that needs to be?

u can pull one side if you want not gonna hurt anything, but why not pull both and have new parts for each. new is good. cost more but now its new.

Yes new bolts and new gaskets. i would suggest arp head studs as they are much easier for install and if you have to take the heads off again.

Seriously, it's bullshit. I used to be a mechanic, people to this day pay me to do isntalls, I go to school to be an automotive engineer. I just did a buddies catback isntall at 1 am in my driveway on a jack in 17 minutes. Yet this cam install is seriously the most ridiculous thing I have ever done. I did a intercooler blower install on a buddies stang in less than 1/2 this time!

Yes, but two of the studs have to go in with the head. They can't be screwed in prior to slipping the head on.
