Default How to get seats off..

my patriot extreme springs im takin off and putting them on a different set of heads. but i cant seem to get my damn seats out they are like stuck on there good. ?

good set of pliers will pull them right off with a lil twisting....

and hopefully you have new seals to put on....

Your prolly going too tear up the seals trying to pull them off. So go ahead and buy some new ones.

You will mess up the base of the seal, if they have been run at all. Just buy new ones, they are not that expensive.
