Default Head gaskets again...

I ordered an engine combo/package from TSP. 383, LS1, forged everything, Maul pistons with 4cc dish, stage 2.5 heads with 2.04 valves, MS4 camshaft and head studs. I told them I was going to run this in a mild bracket/street car behind a high-stall auto. I also stated that I may run a 100 - 150 shot for those nights when I need to be there first.

One of the Johns said that the graphite would be fine since I am using studs, but lately I got to thinking about this. I have not started the motor yet and all fluids are still out of it. Should I tear it back down and put some cometics in it?
