What to do with EGR when switching to LS6 intake?

What to do with EGR when switching to LS6 intake? I have an 00 WS6, i am getting rerady to purchase an LS6 intake for it. I know this intake doesn't have the EGR on it, so will I be hurting anything by eliminating the EGR system? I'm not too familiar with the EGR system, so any info is helpful.

Well first off 
Just delete the whole EGR system all together...The SES light will come on, but a tuner can have that deleted out...Here is a good write-up
