Question Stroking Possibilities

Hey everyone Im new to this building fast cars stuff but I know a little. I know its very common to stroke an LS1 out to a 383. I want to go a bit more bold and stroke out to a 427. I know it will have to be sleeved but thats about all I know. If someone has done the similar what company for the rotating assembly? Also I have a FAST intake with 90mm throttle body and FAST fuel rails. Basic bolt ons and headers,cat-back etc. If anything I figure this would be a good debate hope to hear from everyone!

either wet sleeve your LS1 block like i did and spend a fortune, buy the Ls7 block or a resleeved LS2 block which is probally the best way or get the new LSX block which is great for racing but iron so it weighs more. 427 is not the way to go on a budget.
