It should fit. I am running a 238/242 .609/.615 on a 111lsa and it fits, 04 c5 stock ls1 heads. I am flycutting this week and installing h/i/rr's.

Would having 114 LSA vs your 111 LSA make any difference?

yes having it on a 111 lsa make it have less ptv clearance, you should have no problems on a 114 lsa

Looks like a G5x3 or an MS3 grind...kinda.
You never know unless you measure though. Sure would suck to not know and end up with some flycut pistons that were made by using your valves. Either way just because it doesnt touch rotating by hand doesnt mean you wont get some sort of valve float at 6600-6800 rpms that kiss the pistons. Not that you will have valve float, but it does happen frequently. My 244/248 .598/.598 115+2 fits with minimal clearance. I have made the reliefs that just get me by "okay". You want to have like .040 worth of clearance if I am not mistaken to have less of a chance of touching. Cause don't start to tell me you aren't planning on taking that cam to the rev limiter. It won't make power till atleast 3800 or so and will damn near pull to 7000. Your gonna have to spin it up if you want to run it.

I would go the extra step and flycut the pistons. Just a -2 or -4 relief will help save you the headache in the future.

Depends what you mean by "fit"
Like cam goes in and motor rotates or PTV is up to safe standards?

My car has a MS3 237/242, .603"/.609", 113 LSA I have 5.3l heads and flycut pistons though.

A guy I know from a local forum ordered a MS3 and they sent him the cam in the title which doesn't look like a MS3. He put it in thinking it was a MS3. I think his car ran for about a month. The other day it quit on him and he found metal fragments in the intake. He pulled it apart and found that all the pistons were indented from the valves. I think one of the valves got broke from this and expoded the piston.

I was trying to help him figure out the problem. I was thinking that that cam had too much lift maybe.
