Default Need help choosing a cam?!!?!!?!!!!

Ok so I need some help here b/c there are like a billion cam choices.....so I havent installed my nitrous yet b/c I only want to have to pay for a tune once so I will be doing the cam and nitrous and then getting the car tuned....

basically the car is my daily driver so I want something street friendly that has little or no surge, also I dont want to have to get double valve springs or have to change my valve springs every 6k miles......I would like to get right at or very close(390+) to 400rwhp NA.....I was thinking possibly the ASA cam but i hear it is very hard to tune on a 110LSA, so then I thought the TR224 but I hear alot of people saying they wish they went bigger, so can some of the cam guru's here please help me out??

tsp torquer 2
Futral f13 or f14

if you think they'll be a bit too big, the 228r is a good choice
