Default Typical piston height (out of the hole)

Assuming a block that has not been decked, stock crank, eagle H-beam rods and Diamond pistons, about how far out/in the hole would the piston sit to the deck surface?

Mine are going to be .009 in the hole. +12.5cc dometops though.

Stock crank, eagle rods, diamond dometop n20 pistons.
