Default Lifter pump up on LS7 lifters?

is lifter pump up on high RPM'S and higher oil pressure a concern w/ the LS7 Lifters? The Morel lifters advertise that they "Resist pump up during higher engine speeds."

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I am asking in regards to the LS7 lifters in my buddy's MS4 + PRC stage 1 h/c swap.

THanx..

I would say that the pump up shouldn't be off a concern considering that they were intended for extreme rpms on the caddy race motors.

I'm sure Matt from SDPC and the guys at Katech can be of help as well.

Caddy & LS7 lifters are different.

If your worried spend the extra $$ on the Caddy lifters & be done with it.

What exaclty is pump-up?
Too much oil pressure causing a "solid" lifter like effect becasue of a lack of cushion from the oil pressure being too high?
