I have a stock cube with ported stock 241's with a 232/238 .595/.605 112LSA XE-R cam, QTP headers, no cats 3in to magnaflow muffler. How much power could I expect out of a fast 90/90 or would a 78/78 do, I currently have an Ls6 with ported TB, at its peak the HP was 436 and 391tq...........

From all of the research that I've done, I would think that you'd be looking at roughly 20-25hp and 10-15tq. A ported FAST from Vengeance or Tony Mamo would probably give you another 5-15hp on top of that.
