First do a compression, leakdown test to estimate the health of your motor.
Then do BOLT ONS.
IF A4:
Lid, Headers, port TB, LS6 intake, Stall (Only then think of H/C)
If M6:
Same but get gears instead of stall.
(First gotta learn to walk, before you learn to run)

Not a solid number, changes with the car, but about 430. But Pred is right, you need to do the bolt ons or else your cars gunna choke. You need headers and intake and lid. And if the car is auto, you need a stall, mandatory.

I don't know how you guys can continue to give the same advice week after week. This question comes up all of the time among others, I bet if you scrolled down the page and MAYBE even into the second page you would find your answer. Little alone do a search maybe, heck copy a signiture if you have to. Do a search on heads and cam in this forrum and you could read for hours. Predator is always right but his is a no minder, you have to do supporting mods before a h/c or even cam only swap There is alot of decisions and I am willing to bet that the t-rex is too big for you.

after bolt on parts, t-rex is going to be to big in my opinion, and im assuming that you daily drive this car. i would think about a package from texas speed, they told me that i need with what mods i have in my sig, the 228r cam with the 2.5 5.3 heads and some additional decking, and a tune and im good to go (like a crunchwrap supreme)
