Cool, looks like a porno. The spring jiggles like a big booty hoe.

Watching that you can understand where valve float comes from. If the description is accurate, I bet that valve is seeing well over .700" lift though with some aggressive ramp rates considering it's nascar.

I'd be interested in seeing more videos like this.

Why do the springs rotate so much? I'm guessing that is a source of friction and would cause excessive wear over time. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would guess that could be a problem.

It is a source of wear, but it also insures even wear. So it's good and bad.

WHen a compression spring is deflected it's natural tendency is to "twist" outward. This motion along with the frequency of the spring is why we think it spins. Friction also has to play a part too.

So where's the one which shows the pushrods acting like a wet noodle?

Yeah, I can only imagine how much my stock pushrods are flexing with the TR224 cam and 918 springs. I know not the most extreme, but I've checked them every 3-5k miles and they are still straight as an arrow.

"if the engine is at 7,000 rpm, shouldnt the valves (and springs) be moving really really fast? i dont understand."

It would be nice to see it in real time. It was cool to see the, "porno jiggle" though.
