Mine does the same thing under normal driving conditions also. I have never had anybody really say anything about it. This only happens in the lower gears though. It isn't like a gun going off or anything, but I do notice it and all that I have is a Borla catback. If there is something wrong with this someone tell us something!!!

There are settings for Dynamic Fuel Cut Off (DFCO) that cut gas on decel and can be set to activate when you push the clutch. Have someone with HP tuners look at those settings for you.

If my cut out is open, mine sometimes shoots a little fireball when I shift...

From what I understand, it's a combination of backpressure and unburnt fuel in your exhaust. In any case, it's normal and nothing to be concerned about. Someone more advanced than I am can chime in more I'm sure.

Open headers rule. When I used to run them, i'd idle and at night if you look at my car, it looked like underglow, the ground under my car would just be blinking blue haha, shot fireballs like crazy.

U say you have the GMMG exhaust, i think that and the LM1 are the 2 exhausts that are known for popping.

Many times popping is a sign of an exhaust leak somewhere. It lets fresh air into the exhaust causing any unburned fuel in the exhaust to light off.

I've read i can be the AIR system with the a check valve letting air in. Mine backfires real loud in the mornings or after its been sitting a while. But only for a couple minutes i'm pretty sure its the air system.

I took my AIR system out and it still pops....but I'm also throughing a lean code...which I've been dealing with since March...I think the two things are connected some way....

mine pops fireballs then lets out a puff of smoke like a dragon. I saw a vid of it from a friend's in car and fell on the floor laughing. Damn thing is strong as hell, only complaint is the ticking.

The snap crackel and pop is great through the LG pro's, wouldn't have it any other way.
