Default safe for a 200 shot?

Well I just bought a motor and it needs to be rebuilt so I was thinking about putting some diamond pistons and some arp rod bolts(the better ones) in the stock rods along with using the stock crank. Would this be safe for a regular use of a 150-175 shot with the occasional 200 shot for the track/dyno?

Why not go with forged rods while it's apart?

No need to on this engine. I just want to do a cheap build up on this one until I can finish my other one. Arent hellfire rings bad on the cyl walls?

well I know a stock motor will take a 150 shot and some have sprayed 200 shots on stock bottom ends...I just wanna do it reliably.

I have a friend who shot 350 to a stock long block ls1. So 150-200 would be fine, just as long as you tune it right for the spray.

And where did this stock block 350 shot run at? Dyno or road? How many 350 hits did it take?
