Its an A4....it will turn over but will not start. Has fuel and spark.

btw I shaved 20thousands of an inch off the heads(241) and the cam is a 226/226 585/585 on a 112.......is it alright that I used stock pushrods?

then it maybe the tune. but the thing is, i would imagine it would still try and run. could you have left something unplugged? timing chain could be wrong. what are you checking fuel pressure with? well, where is it at?

pushrods could be it....but i still imagine you would get some sort of attempt from the car to start

i would do a compression leak down test that will tell a lot. if it fails the u know that the pushrods are part of the problem but if it passes then i would look more into the tune. i wish some othe members would chime in and and give there 2 cents on the problem

OK......All exhaust pushrods are bent.

could this be that the cam is installed wrong?

No, it means the pushrods were too long.

You probably bent some valves to

I am guessing you installed the cam wrong. If you have the wrong pushrods they are probably too short, not too long. Bigger cams have a smaller base circle diameter which will require a longer pushrod. The size cam you are running will probably be OK with stock pushrods, but you will have to check lifter preload once it's back together.
