Traitor LS1

a while ago I had a rocker arm break and I found about 20 needle bearings in my oil and I changed out the broken rocker arm and now 3 months later I found a lone single one in an oil change last weekend but it looks smaller than the needle bearings from that broken rocker arm could it be a roller bearing from a lifter if so wouldnt that cause alot of motor damage having that wheel on the lifter broken I mean it could be a roller bearing from previous incident but I dont have one to compare it to I just remember the rocker arm bearings being a tad bit longer and have a tad bit more girth to them
