Default Cam recomendation for stalled A4

Alright, I've got a 98 T/A. Has stock LS1 intake, Pacesetter LT's, o/r X, FLT 4L60E, Yank SS3600 and 3.73's. It also has all the accessories intact.

Car is my daily driver but I'm looking for something to really wake this thing up. I'm not looking for perfect driveability, but I don't want it to run like total dog **** in stop and go traffic either.

I'd put an LS6 intake on it and go with a tr230/224 which would be great in a DD

that torquer II would be good, i would think a variety of futrals in the 230s would be tight too.

I have a 3800 stall with a magicstick 3, any big cam will work fine its all in the tune. I could daily drive mine without any issues.

Pick something around 230 and make sure you pick up the LS6 intake and port your stock t/b.

Had the same cam in my old Z28 and DD the hell out of it. Car ran 7.4xs on motor and went 6.8xs with a 150 shot on a all motor tune

I had a shitty TCI 3K converter though

Thanks for all the input guys. I've been looking pretty hard. The car right now has a cam in it, but the previous owner only knew that it was like a 224. I really want something aggressive, but I'm stuck since at the moment since I have no idea what's in it.

I'm gonna try to take it to the strip this weekend and I also have an appointment with the dyno and having the tune looked at and tweaked if need be. I'm looking hard at the Thunder Racing TRAK. Its a 231/234 .640/.590 112 LSA and going with a Fast 90 instead of an LS6. I have faith in the tuner to make this cam plenty driveable for my taste.
