Will ls7 heads work on a sleeved ls1 Looking at a sleeved ls1 with a max bore of 4.125. Just wondering in the ls7 heads or the warhawks have the same bolt pattern as an ls1.

Yes, they do bolt up.. it's only the bore size in question when fitting LS7 heads.
I will be looking to do the exact same thing when it's time for a stalled auto and more cubes (ie: race car)
