Dyno'd with Stage 1.5 Heads - Numbers Inside
Had the heads installed yesterday, Please take a look at the dyno graph and let me know what you honestly think - it was really hot & humid when then dyno'd. (Correction) The 352.4 was what they had stored when they dyno'd it in December.
I'd like to squeeze as much RWHP out of this cam as possible. Do you guys think I should swap my Bassani's& Y-pipe for some Kooks/QTP coated long tubes ?

I would definitly go with some long tubes. My car with stock heads puts out about the same hp as yours and I just have a little T1 cam, FLP's through the cats, pulley and Bauer throttle body, with a lid and Corsa exhaust.

So it seems from the responses that the Bassani mid-lengths and y-pipe(w/cats) are holding me back. Any ideas on what kind of RWHP gains I would get from a set of long tubes and y-pipe with/wo cats (Texas has a visual inspection for cats though).

You need a bigger cam...definitely. With a Comp 218/224 - 528/534 I made 381 rwhp (in a 6 speed)....just by swapping to the TR 224/224 cam I made 407 rwhp. I couldn't believe that I made 26 more rwhp going from one aftermarket cam to another.

I'm sure you'd pick up power with long tubes, but they'd probably give you more area under the curve (which is better) rather than alot higher peak numbers.
Do you have an LS6 intake? On heads/cam cars, the gain can be pretty significant.
I think your numbers are good for an A4. Look at mine...they'll make you feel alot better.

Would I have to swap out my 03 LS6 springs for the 224/224 ?

yes, more than likely you would need 918's to handle the higher lift
bigger cam, better headers, and no cats would more than likely get you in the 390's for sure!

Damn Gary, that does make me feel better (just kidding).
I have an 01 so it came with the LS6 intake, the numbers are good and I'm not disappointed - I would just like to hit the 390 mark . The car feels very strong.

Put a big cam and some longtubes on that beeach. You'll have a terror. You already spent the big $$, and for what you get for the bassani's if you sell 'em, it'll pay for the cam and part of a pair of hookers.
