Default better head fit for ms3

i already have the ms3 cam kit so I'm asking to see which is better head fit o n my 99 ls1. Can get my heads on patriot stage 3 ls6, ported dart 225's, or some lightly ported 5.3's. I'm looking for around 450rwhp and daily drive ability even though i wont be doing that often enough. Which set would give me the best power and drive ability.

jmo i might be wrong but the darts and stage 3 ls6 will be too much head for a stock bottom end w/ that cam.
id get highly ported 5.3 heads or get mabey the stage 2 ls6 heads and have them milled
smaller runners, smaller comb chambers to raise compression, lightweight valvetrain
in either will make a great set of heads

youll need all the bolt ons/ free mods/ and a good tune to get 450 RWHP w/ that cam

Well with that size a cam, to optimize the setup, you have to raise the compression, you do that means you have to flycut. Otherwise ported but unmilled and stock valves 243s is the best bet fo any sane street PTV clearance.
