Default 241 to 243 head swap

What would be the typical HP gain swapping 241 heads to 243 heads ? I have a 244/248 612/615 114+4 cam....

If your going through the trouble of doing heads, might as well have them ported.

The cam I have is pretty big so not alot of piston to valve clearence. So I have to use the stock valves. My plan is to put these on and when I do a shortblock send them out... Also I dont want to flycut my stock pistons...
