Default Valve Hitting #4 exh?

What would cause only one valve to hit?

Are you talking about valve float?

Even if you turn it over buy hand it hits # 4 exh and just touches #1 . I have measured piston height and they all come out of the block at .005 on the money .

those particular valves not sunk in the head as much as the others.

I'm not an expert on internals thats for sure, perhaps call up the companies whose products you chose to put into your motor and they might be able to trouble shoot the issue, or even a local machine/performance shop.?.? Might even run to the library and check out an engine blueprinting book, altho I guess you've probebly already got one. Just a thought anyhow. Sorry I can't help beyond that but I haven't had the pleasure of building a motor just yet :/

What rocker setup are you using? Are your valves adjusted correctly? You could be hanging a valve open.

Yea im thinking those particulaor valves aren't seated as well as the rest.

Default tsp ls6 2.5

They are tsp ls6 2.heads. And the torquer v3 cam shaft

I just do not understand why just only a few vavles are hitting.

What kind of valve springs, buy them new or used? Maybe only a couple valves are floating and hangin open.
