Default Changing from 241 casting to 317 casting heads?

Is there any dimensional differences other than the combustion chambers? Will the 7.40 pushrods still work? Thanks

depends on set up, cam size, milling, etc.. but 7.400 will work fine on a stock set up.

Yes, everything else will still be stock. Just wanted to see if the heads had thicker decks, etc.
