Default lifter oil hole, direction? read.....>

on the lifters theres a little hole the size of the tip of a pen, wich way did you point yours, when they were taken out I thought they were put aside just like they were in the engine but they may have gotten tossed around, a majority of them were pointing to the right, and the ones that werent were not even anyway, so I decided to point them all to the right(ps, forward, ds, back) dont know if this has anything to do with the direction of oil flow, wich way are yours pointing?

I have read posts on this topic before and everyone says it doesnt matter which way the hole points. I put mine in so that all the holes pointed towards the rear of the engine and haven't had any problems.
