You do not have a Chevy or Pontiac dealership near you?
If your heads have a "notch" then you have to use that type gaket 97>mid 00
If your heads do not have a "notch", then you can use 01+ gaskets like Graphite, or MLS

Chevy wants $60 per gasket and I dont even think they are MLS, Is the "notch" flat or does it have some sort of "hump" on it?? My stock heads are at the engine shop getting cleaned up, I had to pull my ported LS6 heads off cause one of the chamber had a crack and the engine was eating a ton of water, im lucky I did not bend a rod.
