Default Re-use MLS head gaskets?

I had to pull apart my new build after just 3 miles due to a very minor, annoying problem. My head gaskets were the Fel-Pro MLS head gaskets. They came off clean and unblemished. But I've always heard to not chance it by re-using head gaskets. Does this hold true? Would you re-use these $160 gaskets, or buy new ones?
