Default CC'd my heads

I chased that one bubble around all night. I'd end up pushing the oil out of the seal before I could get it out so I took an average of 3 trials for 60-61ccs.

You used a CD cover - very slick. I wish I had CC'd mine before install. The how-to's showed graduated pipettes. Good job with the low buck tools.

Where did you get the graduated syringes? Off topic - I was looking for a syringe this past weekend to flush my clutch master cylinder. Ended up getting a syringe at the pharmacy used to give babies medicine.

That was last week.

It's the closest thing us old school guys can get to high tech measurements. Seal the valves with a little petroleum jelly on the seating surface, cut a small hole in a clear plastic cover for the chamber and then fill the chamber with a carefully measured amount of mineral oil. In my case I used 30ccs times 2 for 60cc...and about 1/2 to 1 more cc chasing an air bubble around. My machinest said they were around 62cc so I'd say we're in the ball park.

We've got horses so the syringes are just low buck vet supplies. I used a 35cc (filled to 30cc) and a 3cc (filled to 2cc) for the detail work.
