Default Having some issues need help

swapped head gaskets put it back together and it has issues now running.

Starts fine but runs with an afr of 12.4 to 13.0 when its cold. Its cold right now say 32-40. Then all of a sudden it spike to 18+ on my afr guage wich is on the passenger side behind the cat. So anyway it spikes to 18 and I didnt beleive it so I let it run for a bit.. minute or two and then started looking to see if I could see anything. The exhaust was glowing red behind the cat. this is close to where my sensor is for my afr guage. So I swap front 02 sensors and start it up and same thing. runs a little rich for a bit then jumps way lean but it came down off of 18+ this time and seemed to hover around 15.7

also my oil pressure guage went nuts and pegged I unpplugged it and it still does the same.

scanned for codes and got p0121, p0530, c0237,c0240, u101cs, modules were pcm, tcs, inflatable restraint sensing, IPC

cleared them and ran it for a bit and rechecked and got sdm and IPC modules.

Could the cat have been clogged and burning up? wtf nothing was wrong before the gasket swap. If I feked the gasket would that make it run lean like that? no coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant from what I can see and no leaks... wtf?

was below 100 when it spiked. I tried see it there was a correlation with it wrming up and going lean but I coudlnt really say it was related. I shut it off and then restarted it and it came down off the spike but was still reading lean.

What does a clogged cat do? Is it possible the cat had something in it and was buring off?
