Rpm drops, no idea of the cause

Rpm drops, no idea of the cause My rpms dip hard sometimes making the car stutter and drop to 3-400 rpms than recover and idle high? what could this be? Fuel injectors? It happens randomly but usually occurs after the car is turned off and say i go into a gas station come out and leave than i get to a stop sign. Car has a slight problem car throws knock sensor codes recently replaced both and there harness, yet code keeps getting thrown, i think its due to the new duals banging around...
