Default arp rods on stock rods

I was wondering I have a 99 vette and was wondering if you can install arp connecting rods on without taking off the engine or do you have to.

u should be talking about rod bolts. i think you have to lift the motor out of the vette, after you drop the whole frame out from underneath the body first, to give you access to rod bolts. what's the reasoning for changing them anyways? you gonna spin the motor over 6800k?
