Wink good deal?

i would like to hear what you guys think. I am looking at a engine here are the specs
409 sbc shortblock pro built by rce
4 Bolt 400 with ARP studs
SCAT 4340 crank
SCAT 4340 H-beam rods with bolt upgrade
Diamond forged dome pistons
Cloyes Hex-a-just timing set
Canton pan
ATI Super damper
SFI flexplate
Custom comp solid roller cam
Comp roller lifters
ARP tapered head studs

13.5/1 compression on 64cc heads

he's asking 2650 im not familiar with this block but is it a good deal or underpriced and something wrong. its been raced and made 600/575llbs trq.

sounds to good to be true, but wrong section, try your friends down in the sbc section

What is the casting number on the side of the block? Is it a 509 or 511 block? One of the more important questions, what heads are on the engine? Is it in a car where you start and hear it and check oil pressure while it hot?
