Default Small or Medium Cam?

I have the Futral f-11 114lsa 228/230 cam. My question out of curiousity is whether or not my cam is considered small or medium sized. Big is out of the question. Thanks for the help

It's right in the middle of the road in terms of size. My lil TR224 for example would be considered small by todays standards.
