Default new head designation from absolute speed

in order to keep the competitive edge, I have decided to come up with my own stg 1.5 head, not to be confused with our stock valve 1x heads the 1.5 head will have the same stg2 int port design and 2.02 manley valve but will use the stock oem exhaust valve to lower costs to the consumer, keep in mind I do not like the idea of a 2 piece exhaust valve for high performance high spring rate applications, now for the good news the price will be 1299.99 complete. the web site will be updated soon with other additons like thermal barrier coatings in chambers and ex ports

here are a few of our latests dynos, performd at independant shops throughout the u.s.

how exactly do you get 11.1 compression ratio without shaving the heads? could i fit a cam around 232/234 in there? thanks.

Jay,
I will be posting dyno #'s on my Stage2 5.3's soon after I get them. Did they ship? Mine won't have the stock exhaust valves in them do they?

What is a 2 piece exhaust valve??? Are you saying the stock exhaust valve is somehow 2 pieces?

I agree that a 2 piece valve sounds not so good - I prefer my valves to stay together as one piece But I thought a valve is one piece of metal stock or aftermarket.

Maybe I am misunderstaning what you said - can you clear this up. Thanks.

The stock exhaust valve is two piece welded.

with the tight 5.3l chamber design and larger 2.02-1.60 valves that take up alot of room in the chamber is how to 11.0-1 using the 5.3l head with no milling, this leaves alot of p to v clearance, with cams like Big pd suggested {232-234} depending on what lobe and how much advance will determine if fly cutting is needed

The stock valves intake and exhaust are 2 pieces welded together at the head of the valve were the stem meets , this is common for stock oem valves,
I prefer selling stg2 heads with all 1 piece racing valves, the only reason why I am offering a 1.5 is to be competitive, there is a risk involved with the 2 piece exhaust valve that I prefer to let the consumer to know, unlike my competitors

Berger man, you have 2.02-1.60 valves in your 5.3s that are on there way to you

A DEE O- your 6.0l's are under way, Wait till you see my turbo design and id love to see CJ's 431 graph, 431rwhp is one of my best with stg2 and a tr224-112 cam

Do you guys do any reporting of heads? Like say I was going to switch to a big bore and wanted my valves unshrouded for the larger bore?

Might as well get on the bargain bandwagon so i'll repull this post. We are working on deals now for fall and winter projects, we are calling it our back to school sale. We know no one wants to get caught wearing "walmart" clothes to school and most dont want to be seen using "walmart" heads so if bargain is what you want bargain is what you will get from us.
with a series of head designations we can set you up with the proper head to work for you. We have a new flow testing proceedure on top of flowing them with a radius inlet that will ensure they make the most power with no excusess. We are working to bring the best gen3 head on the market and finding new breakthroughs every day. So do it right the first time

I know I'm gonna get flamed for asking a stupid question but....Is that price per head or for the pair ?? (if it's per head that's still a great price)
