Default Sputters after pushing it hard

Hes guys... I have a 2000 Camaro that is pretty close to stock. Its just got a lid, catback, freemods, and a tune. Whenever I push it through a few gears and then let off at 6k or so it starts sputtering, and I have to keep tapping the gas to keep it from shutting down. It doesnt smell like fuel like its running rich or something, but feels like its bogging out. No backfiring, no smoke, runs like a champ until I let out. Can anyone suggest what may be happening, and if I could fix it myself.

Some simple things is cleen your MAF with crc maf cleener, check for any vacume leaks or loose plug wires. how are your plugs? fuel filter. some ideas hope it helps.
and it might just be that your tune is crap. take it back to your tuner.

Thanks for the advice. The car was tuned over a year ago by the PO, and it has ran fine until about a month ago. I just want to know if I am leaning it out, or flooding it. I will clean out my MAF, change the plugs, run some injector cleaner, and clean the fuel filter and see what happens.
