Default Any way to ID a GM hot cam?

Is there any way to definitively id a GM hot cam? I've got what I believe to be a hot cam, but there are no markings on either end of the cam. The only identifying features are brown paint between the lobes and some very small numbers stamped in one of these brown areas that reads: 21 308 10502 (I think). Thanks in advance for your help!

Your probably going to have to bring it to someone with a cam doctor to have it measured. Or you could measure the lobe lift and see if it matches the specs, but that's not very accurate.

Yeah, I did that roughly with a venier caliper. I came up with .310, which is in the ballpark (.3088 is correct), but the 2001 LS6 shares the same lift. Oh well!
