Default valve train / misfire ????

Last Thursday at the track I miss shifted and hit 2 instead of 4th. I bent several pushrods. I replaced my pushrods last night and I still have a little chatter. I am also getting bad misfire on cyl 4 per atap (correct me if I am wrong cyl 4 should be the 4th one in the firing order i.e. #2). Is there any way I can tell if this is a stuck lifter? I looked at my rocker arm and springs and they looked fine. Is there any test I can do to see if I bent a valve? Any help would be great. Thanks all!

Turn the crank until the #4 is at TDC compression stroke, put the car in gear, set the brake and pressurize the cylinder with air. Listen for air leaking out the intake or exhaust port. If you loosen both rockers completely for that cylinder, it won't matter where the piston is and you won't have to put it in gear and set the brake.
