You are not looking hard enough. Plenty info here, Comp cam 232/234 112LSA is one of the favorite with stock cubes in conjunction with MSD LS1/LS6 spark control box and pills.
Basicaly a nice ditributorless setup capable of 450 rwhp with some good heads.

For a stroker you'll need more info for anyone to even suggest a cam.

I wouldnt reccomend a cam as large as mine as its dangerously tight with PTVC but the carbed setups from what i understand can take a bigger cam and heads as the intake is of a better design. I'm going with the Victor JR but buying it separte from Summit. It's $285 for the intake and like $313 for the MSD kit plus you need a $68 wiring harness. The MSD has an Adjsutable MAP table for timing. You get a map sensor that threads into the vitctor JR and tune your timing curve it with MSD software. The Edelbrock just has 6 timing curves to select from non adjsutable. It's a really neat setup. It just plugs into the factory 8 coils and allows you to run timing off of crank and cam sensors.

Also to get your Alternater to charge you will need to do this mod which i just recently learned about but it seems easy enough
