How many lbs/ft to turn crank over by hand

How many lbs/ft to turn crank over by hand I was wondering if anyone knew how much torque it should take to turn the crank over by hand with the pistons in and the heads off? I just replaced all of the bearings and rod bolts. All of the clearances were withing factory spec, actually a little on the loose end. They were all right around .064-".067" for the rod bearing clearances. I just wanted to check and make sure the rotating resistance was alright as well.

Does anyone have an idea, I was looking around for a factory spec but couldn't find one. Maybe I'm just being a little paranoid by wanting to check everything out but I would kick myself later if I had a problem and didn't double check when I had the chance.

All I can tell you is I had a 12" braker bar on mine after put my heads on and it felt like around 40-50 or so to me so it took some effort but it wasnt that hard. thats with everything on plugs belt and all.
