Default Bottom/Crank Pulley Runout?

My bottom/crank pulley has some runout that is visible when its running, is this acceptable? Its a standard pulley with rubber ( or similar ) in its construction.

They all seem to have some minor wobble, but if you have some miles on it and its moving a bit then it may be time to swap it out. They seem to go about 50K miles before they start going bad (just an observation based on posts I have seen).
