A TSP XS Series Camshaft: 228/228, .588"/.588 is a good cam.
My best friends TransAm dyno was 413 with a TSP XS Series Camshaft: Torquer2- 232/234

224's are a very popular choice for a lot of auto LS1's on here. it's a proven cam that LOVES the bottle! good DD cam as well, and makes good power w/ heads and fast 90/90

i just got a 224/224 .581/.581 112 LSA. It's one of the best cams out there for DD, my buddy made 408 whp on his 02 T/A with this cam, and bolt on's.

Nobody on here can decide for you but anything from a 224-230 duration and under 600 lift will make good power and be very streetable with a good tune. You should get a stall with any of these.

You can even go bigger with a good tune. The ms3 is a great cam for a power adder and n/a

My guess is with a good tune 385 or a little better. Heads should easily put you 400 + i would think.
