Oil pressure question

Oil pressure question Started my new 422 and here's my oil pressure. It's 80 on startup...starts at 60 cruising and then settles around 40 or so. Hot idle drops down around 20ish but will get higher if I rev. Is this normal or should I check the O ring. I used an ARE pump. I also checked my oil level and it's a hair above the add mark. I plan to add a 1/2 quart.
