Default Does clearance change with different cam lobes

I currently have an old TSP 231/237 cam that was ground on the lunati lobes. Im wondering if you had the exact same duration ground on say an xer lobe, which one would offer more p to v clearance. Iv been reading around trying to decide if I should just get my flycutting tools coming, or am i going to be plenty safe? I plan on using my tsp 231/237 on a 112 cam with .018 milled afr 205's and an .040 gasket. watcha guys think??

Its will barely change since the area where PTVC is tightest is when the piston is at TDC and the valves are barely open.

FWIW I have almost the same cam, same LSA, with heads milles to 59cc with large valves, it clears with enough clearance leftover for safety. I do have 2cc of relief in the pistons though too.
