Patriot gold springs min lift?

Patriot gold springs min lift? I know the golds have a max lift of .650 but was wondering if there was any reccomended min lift.
Im asking this because Ive been deciding on a cam but will probably swap it out a few times. Lowest ill go is the TR224 and ill probably never go any bigger than an F14.
