Default what all goes into it?

was thinking about forging my motor because later on i might want to up the shot but not 100% sure. i do want to forge it though and was wondering what all would i have to buy? thanks guys

Rods + pistons will run you around $1200. But you will also need bearings and rod bolts. But you have to get the block machined, and most machine shops will charge 1800 or so to rebuild a short block (honing, balancing, ext.). Looking at around 3K give or take to forge your bottom end if you keep stock crank. Most people just pay the extra $1500 and go bigger CI. Good luck.
